SHIPPING PARTNERS

Orders are delivered using DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, or Posti, depending on the destination country and the logistics partner of the warehouse fulfilling your order.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently ship orders to all European Union (EU) countries, including:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

COURIER DELIVERY FOR LARGE ORDERS

Large or heavy items are delivered by courier service.

Please ensure that you provide a correct delivery address and valid contact details when placing your order to guarantee smooth delivery.

PARCEL MACHINE VS. ADDRESS DELIVERY

If you select a parcel machine during checkout, the order will be delivered directly to the selected machine.

If you provide only a delivery address (without selecting a parcel machine), the order may be delivered:

To a parcel machine within a 5 km radius, or

By courier, in the case of large or heavy items.

The final delivery method depends on logistics availability and parcel size.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are forwarded to our partner warehouses no later than the next business day after the order is placed.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–8 business days, depending on the location of the partner warehouse and destination country.

Orders from Estonian brands may arrive sooner.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order value. Free shipping applies to orders over €99.

For deliveries within Estonia, parcel locker delivery costs €2.99 for orders under €99 and courier delivery costs €7.99 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to Finland, parcel locker delivery costs €7.99 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to Latvia, parcel locker delivery costs €3.99 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to Lithuania, parcel locker delivery costs €4.49 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to other European Union countries, standard delivery costs €12.99 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking code for your package.

RETURNS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods within 14 days from the date you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

Unused
Undamaged
Complete
In their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

In accordance with Section 53 of the Estonian Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer protection rules, the following items are not eligible for return if opened or used:

Underwear
Socks
Teething rings
Drinking bottles
Pots
Toothbrushes
Other personal hygiene products

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

REFUNDS

Cinamel OÜ will issue a refund no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, provided that all return conditions are met.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment.
