GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Online Store.

The Online Store sells products to both private individuals and legal entities. By placing an order in the Online Store, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms of Sale.

PRICES

All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros (€).

Prices include value added tax (VAT) where applicable. Delivery costs are added to the price of the goods during checkout and depend on the customer’s location and selected delivery method.

The Online Store reserves the right to change prices at any time. If the price of a product has been changed after the customer has placed the order, the price valid at the moment of purchase applies.

PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

During checkout the customer must provide the required information including their name, delivery address, email address and phone number. The customer selects a suitable delivery method and payment method.

After completing the payment, the order is considered confirmed. The sales contract between the customer and Cinamel OÜ enters into force once the payment has been received.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are processed securely through Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce), a licensed payment institution.

Customers can pay using bank links provided by Maksekeskus, including banks in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

Payments can also be made using debit or credit cards through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.

Customers may additionally pay using PayPal.

The Online Store also accepts bank transfers.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed after the payment has been received.

All payments are processed in secure environments provided by Maksekeskus AS, Shopify Payments or PayPal. The Online Store does not have access to the customer’s bank or card details.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered using logistics partners such as DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord or Posti.

The specific carrier depends on the destination country and the logistics partner of the warehouse fulfilling the order.

Orders are forwarded to partner warehouses no later than the next business day after the order has been placed.

DELIVERY AREAS

The Online Store currently delivers to Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania, as well as other European Union countries including:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order value. Free shipping applies to orders over €99.

For deliveries within Estonia, parcel locker delivery costs €2.99 for orders under €99 and courier delivery costs €7.99 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to Finland, parcel locker delivery costs €7.99 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to Latvia, parcel locker delivery costs €3.99 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to Lithuania, parcel locker delivery costs €4.49 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to other European Union countries, standard delivery costs €12.99 for orders under €99. Orders of €99 or more qualify for free shipping.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the location of the partner warehouse.

Orders from Estonian brands may arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the Online Store via email at cinameltrade@gmail.com.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, complete and returned in their original packaging.

The Online Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

In accordance with the Estonian Consumer Protection Act and EU regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once they have been opened or used.

Examples include underwear, socks, teething rings, drinking bottles, pots, toothbrushes and other personal hygiene products.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the returned product is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned goods have been received or after the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.

COMPLAINTS

If the customer has complaints regarding the products or services, they should contact the Online Store via email at cinameltrade@gmail.com.

The Online Store will respond to complaints as soon as possible.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
